California Super Lawyer for 2007.
Mr. Borowsky was previously
designated a Super Lawyer in 2005
and 2006.

qualify for designation as "Super

balloting by 47,000 attorneys
licensed for at least five years,
evaluation of our credentials by a
research panel, and a review by a
